Home Remedies for Heartburn
*Baking Soda

*Yellow Mustard Cure
Try one tablespoon of yellow mustard. It might be a little hard to get down at first but it works well for many heartburn sufferers.
*Brown Sugar
Try eating one tablespoon of brown sugar. Also does the trick and probably easier for many to get down than the mustard.
*Try an Apple
Eating an apple before bedtime is especially helpful for people who suffer from extreme heartburn in the evening. It is best if the peel is removed first
*Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
There are two ways you can try this heartburn remedy. You can either mix a teaspoon of the apple cider vinegar in a glass of water or just drink down a teaspoon of the vinegar on its own.
*Ginger
Ginger is another great home remedy for heartburn. It is best if you take it 20 minutes prior to eating. It can be taken in a capsule form, or you can make a tea from powder or the fresh root.
