* Stop The Motion or Change the Position of your Hands
Because Carpal Tunnel is so often caused by repetitive motion, the best home remedy to relieve your symptoms is to either stop doing what is causing the condition (as in the playing certain video games) or if that is not possible, to at least change the position of your hands.
For typing on the computer it is a good idea to either buy yourself an ergonomic keyboard or ergonomic wrist support pad to ensure proper alignment of both your hands and wrists.
For mechanical work, a brace can be worn to help keep wrists aligned.
